To reduce production consumption, lower costs, and improve raw material utilization, the company—from leadership to frontline employees—worked together to discuss ways to repair and reuse materials and maximize the use of leftover scraps. This helps achieve cost reduction and efficiency improvement in production, truly integrating the philosophy of “quality-oriented, innovation-driven, and continuous improvement” into frontline operations and daily work.

The company’s manufacturing department places great importance on recycling waste raw materials and turning waste into valuable resources. While ensuring safe production, it actively reuses scrap materials and leftover pieces to reduce costs and improve efficiency. A steel plate is first processed into various product components in the welding workshop, and the remaining scraps are then reprocessed into material storage racks. This initiative not only makes use of waste materials but also saves costs for the company.

The head of the welding workshop of Tenglong Automobile’s manufacturing department stated: “In future work, the welding workshop will continue to focus on both overall planning and practical details to reduce raw material consumption and avoid waste.”
