To ensure continuous improvement in product quality during the sustained high production period of the welding workshop, the company’s Quality Management Department recently organized welding quality training to further enhance quality control capabilities.
This training first communicated quality issues and key precautions in the production process from the perspective of quality management principles. Second, it emphasized the importance of self-inspection and mutual inspection between upstream and downstream processes. Third, it highlighted that the company will strengthen subsequent inspections and random checks, and implement assessment measures for batch or serious quality issues.During the training, all participants consciously complied with training discipline and listened carefully to the instructor’s explanations. During the Q&A session, on-site interaction was highly effective. The activity deepened participants’ understanding of welding quality requirements and improved their professional skills and overall competence.
Quality is achieved through production, not inspection. Only by fully mobilizing all employees to participate in product quality management can tasks be completed with guaranteed quality and quantity.
